1 day taster course

This course is suited to students who are interested in pursuing dog grooming as a career and wish to gain an insight into this rewarding and interesting profession.

This course is redeemable against our 5 day, 20 day beginner courses, and our 30 day and 40 day  foundation courses.

The course starts at 10am prompt and finishes at 4pm. A model dog will be provided for you to groom, or you may bring your own.

We start with an introduction to our staff, a salon tour plus instruction on salon equipment.

You will observe other students and professionals at work which will include bathing, drying, clipping and styling. In addition we cover ear, eye and claw maintenance.

There will be  a refreshment break at lunchtime and if you wish you may bring a packed lunch, or alternatively, we are just yards from several cafe`s and takeaways.

Loose clothing is recommended, however, grooming uniforms may be provided.

Accommodation is not included with this course.
